Hi Srinivas, as Raph pointed out correctly everyone needs to find out what works for him/her. In my case I have also come to the conclusion that spending my first hour in the morning on reading, writing, doing yoga or/and meditating has a great positive influence on the rest of my day and even my week. For me that is the moment of the day that is truly and only mine. No distractions. No matter where the day takes me after that I have at least already spent some time on what is important and valuable to my creative soul. It is often said that our brains are most creative the first hours after we wake up as we are still pure and vulnerable. I have really experienced this creativity and vulnerability in my writing and I recommend it to everyone to try it at least one time no matter whether it goes for writing, painting, cooking or whatever your soul needs.
